Parking
The parking lot on the side of the building is not our parking lot and belongs to Carmen's and Attorney Velez. If you park in that lot you risk the chance of your automobile being towed by them. You may park in the parallel parking on the street in front of our building, the public parking diagonal to our building or the gravel lot behind the building.
CANCELLATION/LATE CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICY
Renew Massage Therapy has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment and provide notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, there will be no charge, and any prepaid service amount will be credited to your account for future use.
However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and we are unable to fill your spot, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.
Prepaid Services & Gift Certificates:
• Gift certificates are non-refundable without exception.
• Refunds for prepaid services are typically not offered.
In special circumstances, if a refund is granted, it will be issued minus the Square credit card processing fee.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive no earlier than 10min prior to your appointment. If you are going to be late to your appointment please notify your therapist. If you are late to your appointment your service will be shortened so your session ends at the scheduled time. You will be responsible for the full service amount.
