Parking
The parking lot on the side of the building is not our parking lot and belongs to Carmen's and Attorney Velez. If you park in that lot you risk the chance of your automobile being towed by them. You may park in the parallel parking on the street in front of our building, the public parking diagonal to our building or the gravel lot behind the building.
CANCELLATION/LATE CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICY
Renew Massage Therapy has 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment and it is 24hrs before your appointment there will be no charge for cancelling your appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason less than 24hrs of your appointment time and we are unable to fill your spot you will be charged the full amount of your service.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive no earlier than 10min prior to your appointment. If you are going to be late to your appointment please notify your therapist. If you are late to your appointment your service will be shortened so your session ends at the scheduled time. You will be responsible for the full service amount.
