Private Yoga: No standard for this individualized session. Sessions are designed for each individual’s present needs and goals, focusing on health concerns such as improving posture, aches, tension, stress, hormone imbalance, and overall physical well-being.
Trauma Release Yoga: A gentle yoga using stretching and breathing techniques to create a safe space for individuals to cultivate the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Its purpose is not to take you back to the source of pain but to help you become more aware of what’s going on in your body to release built-up emotions, stress, and tension.
Balance and Mobility: Includes a range of exercises designed to increase range of motion, control muscles surrounding each joint helping you move more actively and feel confident in everyday living. These sessions are tailored to each individual.
Reiki Yoga: The combination of two practices, Reiki and yoga, helps relax your body and mind, reduce stress levels, and improve physical health.
Gentle Yoga: Slow, controlled movements synced with breath. Gradual movement into each pose then finding a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles and connective tissues.
Barre workouts strengthen and tone your body and calm your mind. It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, build muscle tone, or work on your flexibility. Using small movements, Barre strengthens and elongates your muscle fibers. Barre is ideal if you are just starting your exercise journey or if you are an exercise pro!
